Dear Everybody,
last weekend England celebrated its patron saint on St George's Day. There was a festival being held at Trafalgar Square but it wasn't as big or crowded as it was on St Patrick's Day. Still, there was a lot of traditional English food to try and free rides (aimed at children, but who cares? :D) to go on. You could also walk through an 'enchanted forest' and there was a guy dressed up as a tree giving free hugs. And because I take what I can get, I of course hugged him.
While on Sunday thousands of people ran the London Marathon, Celine and I had a realxing day. We visited 221b Baker Street, one of the world's most famous adresses. Roaming through the floors of the old victorian house we could see how Mr Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson lived. For fans of the detective this museum definitely is a must see.
After a far too big meal at PizzaHut we went for a long walk through Regent's Park, which is so beautiful with all the colourful flowers starting to bloom. London's parks never disappoint for a lovely Sunday afternoon walk.
See you!
